   • Subscription and purchase status (via RevenueCat)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the app’s features
• Store your budget and account data
• Automatically categorize your expenses (with OpenAI)
• Facilitate and manage premium subscriptions (with RevenueCat and Apple)
• Improve and analyze app performance and usage (with AppsFlyer)
• Respond to support requests or feedback
• Comply with legal requirements

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your data with the following third-party services as needed to provide and improve BudgetAI:

• Supabase: For storing and managing user data securely
• OpenAI: Your budget/transaction descriptions may be sent (anonymously) for automated categorization
• RevenueCat: To process your subscription status and manage billing through Apple
• AppsFlyer: For deep linking

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized or aggregated information for analytics or business purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is hosted by Supabase and our service providers, using reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no security system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including countries where our third-party providers operate.

6. Children’s Privacy

BudgetAI is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your data
• Delete your account and all related data (available directly in the app)
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Withdraw consent, where applicable

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside BudgetAI at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in-app and/or at this location. Your continued use of BudgetAI indicates your acceptance of the new version.
